This is a private family home, we are not a B&B nor a boutique hotel.
We like to welcome curious people, with a great sense of travel and discovery, who are polite and kind towards everything and everyone. Here you can live a Venetian experience in a Venetian home, in your apartment or in the only garden with tennis court in the city of Venice!
You can choose to explore Venice, a wonderful city, or relax in your apartment, spend the evening in a local pizzeria or in one of the excellent Venetian fish restaurants, go to the bacari for cicheti or borrow a tennis racket, watch the our tennis friends play from the jasmine-covered gazebo in the garden or simply enjoy the space, calm and serenity of our garden.
Our family lives on the ground floor of the building, and we share the garden and common spaces with you, we are always ready to give suggestions for living like a true Venetian!
In the garden there are tables and chairs, roses and hydrangeas, to enjoy an aperitif or dinner with friends.
The city is beautiful in every season and offers various advantages: not only things to visit but also to learn, with courses and in-depth studies.
For those interested in long stays - I will be able to recommend guided tours, cooking and painting courses, language courses and much more!
We are in the San Polo district, the pulsating center of the city of Venice which winds between the Rialto Bridge with its lively fish, fruit and vegetable market, the very central Campo San Polo and the spectacular Basilica of Santa Maria Gloriosa of the Frari.
San Polo is enclosed together with Santa Croce by the Grand Canal which winds all around, from here you can take the vaporetto at one of the many stops and get around the city using the waterways, get to the Lido and the islands of the lagoon, and not only Murano, Burano and Torcello but also the Island of the Armenians, San Servolo, San Giorgio Maggiore and so on.
Venice is a jewel made of rare stones waiting to be discovered, it cannot be described, it must be explored and experienced firsthand.
